The MAIN reason to fly part way around the world again was to meet HALLE!
Halle was born May 21st, three days before her due date.
Taka and I got to meet her when she turned two weeks old : )
And my oldest baby, Ischin, now father to Halle,
was sweetly OH-so comfortable with his new daughter!
Me toooooo!
Zen and his girlfriend flew into town from Sapporo for less than 24 hours also. We all got together with Ischin's wife, Masumi's family for dinner. I could make lasagna and a huge salad,
tofu salad dressing, and chocolate chip cookies to help feed all of us. Taka made his awesome potato croquettes too. And Ischin brought freshly baked bread from his pizzeria.
Then next morning before going to the airport we got over to Ischin's pizzeria where he has "breakfast service" now too, where his cinnamon rolls are sold out almost every morning!
